Hey everyone,
Welcome to the first post in my My Journey series, where I’ll document my personal experience with MyLeadGenSecret (MLGS) – what I’ve learned, tested, and where the road is taking me.
So, how did it all begin?
I first came across MLGS in a random YouTube video. To be honest, I didn’t take it seriously at first. It looked kind of sketchy – a system promising 100 email leads every single day for just $1? Hmm… sounded too good to be true.
But for some reason, I kept coming back. I watched the sales video by Jim Harmon, checked the sales page a few more times, and also watched a couple of other YouTubers talking about it. I stayed skeptical, but something about the concept stuck with me.
The idea of getting 100 leads per day – specifically people interested in Making Money Online – made me think: even if the leads don’t convert super well, I’d still be building a list quickly and learning how to write better emails. That alone could be worth the $30/month. So, I thought, “Why not just try it?”

I signed up for my first MLGS account on March 19, 2025.
At the beginning, I used it to promote my own digital products. I run another site called finmods.com, where I sell Excel-based financial models for startups, SaaS, and such stuff. So my first 7 emails were focused on that.
After that, I switched gears and tried promoting Bluehost as an affiliate for web hosting services. I´ve been using Bluehost myself for years, and I really love it – High Quality at a low price. Can it get better? So, I sent out around 10 emails about that, and while I got good traffic, I didn’t get any sales during that test phase.
It wasn’t until I started digging deeper into the MLGS system that I realized how powerful it could actually be. Especially the affiliate side of it. I didn’t fully understand at first that you can earn commissions not only from direct referrals but up to 5 levels deep. That changes the game.
I heard in another YouTube video that the “sweet spot” for MLGS is five accounts. At first, I didn’t understand why. But once I saw how the downline works – and how the 5-tier commission structure rewards you – it all clicked. By chaining 5 accounts under yourself, you basically unlock the full earning potential of the MLGS system.
So I gradually expanded:
- On March 31st, I created account #2 and #3
- On April 8th, I added account #4 and #5
What really made the decision easier was realizing that I earn affiliate commissions from my own accounts – as long as they’re chained properly. So even though I pay $150/month for 5 accounts, I’m already receiving $40/month in internal commissions, which brings the net cost down to $110/month.
And here’s where it gets even better: I’ve already referred my first external affiliate, and thanks to my 5-level structure, I now earn $15/month from that referral. That brings my real cost down to $95/month – and for that, I’m getting 1,000 fresh leads every single day.
Honestly, that’s pretty impressive.
One more thing I want to mention that really stuck with me: on the MLGS “Sizzle Page”, there’s a video by Steve Dawson that sums up the core strategy perfectly. He says the key is to stay consistent and not overthink it. Just write one short email per day, send it out, and keep going. That advice really helps me stay focused – and not get lost in perfectionism.
So since April 9th, I’ve gone all-in with promoting MLGS itself. I believe in the system now – especially the long-term potential of building a recurring income through the affiliate program.
This blog series will be my honest record of the journey – what works, what doesn’t, and how I (hopefully!) grow this thing step by step.
Thanks for reading – let’s see where this goes 🚀
Peter
