Open-Source-Research on MLGS
This post is part of an open-source research project on MyLeadGenSecret (MLGS). I’m exploring 28 key questions to help beginners better understand the system, avoid common mistakes, and use MLGS more effectively. Whether you’re new or struggling to get results, this series offers honest insights, practical tips, and real-world strategies – no hype, no fluff.
MLGS sets itself apart in several key ways that make it different from typical lead sources or programs:
Consistent Daily Leads vs. One-Off Purchases
Unlike buying solo ad traffic or lists where you pay for a single batch of clicks/leads, MLGS drips new leads to you every day. Your lead list grows on autopilot without additional spending – e.g., 3k leads per month from one account, or 6k/month if you have the 200/day rate. This cumulative growth means that over time, you’re emailing tens of thousands of people daily, which is hard to replicate elsewhere without huge ad budgets. One long-term member noted, “By the end of year one, you will be emailing 72,000 people a day!” – an exponential scale that most platforms don’t offer so affordably.
All-in-One Email System (No External Tools Needed)
MLGS isn’t just selling you leads and leaving you to figure out how to contact them. It includes a built-in mailer that is CAN-SPAM compliant and designed for these leads. You don’t need AWeber, GetResponse, or any autoresponder – just load your message in MLGS and hit send. Few other lead services provide an integrated emailing platform. This is huge for newcomers who might not have email software or who worry about import issues. (You can also download your leads and use your own mailer if you prefer, giving flexibility, but the point is MLGS is turnkey).
Cost-Effective & Budget-Friendly
The cost per lead with MLGS is extremely low. At $30/month (~$1/day) for 3,000 leads/month, it works out to just $0.01 per lead – far below industry averages. Traditional lead-gen platforms (e.g., solo ad providers, Google/Facebook ads) charge exponentially more. The founder, Jim Harmon, even highlighted how he used to get leads for pennies, but now many sources charge $10+ per lead. MLGS is different in that it leverages co-op lead generation (co-registration) to keep costs down, passing that savings to members. In short, it delivers volume leads at a price point competitors can’t match for the average user.
Uniquely “Hands-Off” for the User
Many lead-gen programs still require you to do something – build a funnel, run ad campaigns, network on social media, etc. MLGS is almost hands-off; after signing up, the leads come to you without additional effort, and you have pre-written emails available to send with a couple clicks. It’s genuinely newbie-friendly. One reviewer emphasized that to create a similar setup on your own (driving steady traffic into a funnel daily) would cost a lot of money and time, whereas MLGS does it for you from day one. This simplicity and immediacy differentiates it from other systems that may be more complex or labor-intensive.
Targeted “Biz Opp” Leads (High Quality, Daily Delivery)
The leads you get with MLGS are highly targeted to the make-money-online niche—home business seekers, affiliate marketers, and side hustlers actively looking for new income streams. Around 98% are Tier 1 (mostly from the U.S.), which is a strong advantage compared to many low-tier or mixed-quality lead sources. All leads are permission-based and generated for biz opp offers.
While MLGS does not promise exclusivity, I’ve personally tested this across five separate accounts, and so far, I haven’t found a single duplicate lead between them. This suggests that each user likely receives a different batch of leads, or at least a sufficiently large and rotating pool to minimize overlap. (Some other MLGS members have reported occasional duplicates, but only in small numbers.)
Unlike typical solo ad lists—where your offer competes with dozens of others for the same contact’s attention—MLGS gives you a steady stream of fresh leads you can email daily through the built-in mailer. It’s not a shared or saturated list. It’s more like having a growing pool of niche-targeted prospects that are uniquely yours to engage and convert over time.
5-Level Affiliate Program & Bonuses
MLGS isn’t just a lead provider; it’s also an income opportunity itself. It combines lead generation with an affiliate/referral program that pays out residual commissions on five levels. Most lead platforms might pay you a one-time finder’s fee or nothing at all for referrals. MLGS, by contrast, lets you build a team and earn $5 per month for each direct referral, $4 for each person on level 2, $3 on level 3, and so on (5-4-3-2-1) . They even offer $100 bonus payments whenever you refer 5 new paid members within a week. This multi-tier commission structure (which some liken to an MLM-style plan) is quite rare for a lead-gen service. It means MLGS can potentially pay for itself and then some, making it more attractive than stand-alone services where you never recoup costs. For example, get a few referrals and your 100–200 daily leads essentially become free, plus you pocket extra profit. The ability to earn passive income on top of using the leads is a big differentiator.
Proven Track Record & Community
MLGS has been around since mid-2019 and has a large user base. Over time, a community (Facebook groups, forums) has formed where members share results and tips. This longevity and social proof set it apart from fly-by-night lead scams. Many users have stuck with it for years and grown substantial lists, which speaks to its effectiveness. Some members even hold multiple MLGS accounts to multiply their lead flow, a strategy you don’t see in other programs (and MLGS allows it). The fact that “I’ve not seen or found anything else that matches MLGS, or even comes close,” as one veteran member put it, highlights that it occupies a unique space in the market. There really isn’t another platform that gives you daily done-for-you leads + an email system + a 5-level affiliate plan at this price point.
Conclusion
In summary, MLGS is different because it combines affordability, automation, and an income opportunity in one package. It’s better for someone who wants a simple, scalable, and self-funding lead solution. You get the kind of lead volume and email reach that normally only big marketers with deep pockets enjoy, but without needing their budget or expertise. This “leveling of the playing field” is a compelling advantage that other lead generation methods simply don’t offer.
